Michael finally realized that Mephistopheles wants just to sleep and even angel's beauty cannot change his mind. Then angel teleported into parallel dimension, a small world consisting only of astonishing luxury hotel. Michael rented a suite and returned for Mephistopheles to find out that he fell asleep right on stones. Michael wakes him up and despite his slight resistance, takes him away.

In hotel Mephistopheles falls asleep right on bed cover. Michael tries to help him undress and take a bath, but gets distracted by twitching of Duke's ear. Mephistopheles' ears are not like human or angel. Not only they look different, being longer and pointy, but they are also warmer, softer and velvety by touch. And they are more flexible, so Mephistopheles can move them in feline manner. Michael finds it adorable.

Michael strokes Mephistopheles' hair and ponders about his new goal. He wants Duke of Hell to stop seeing Lucifer as the only possible match and turned his attention to Michael who is not less worthy of love than Lucifer. Also, Michael plans to have a good time in Mephistopheles' company.
