Ths picture is inspired by Russian song by Lora Bocharova. The title of the song is "Parisian love (Chimera)"

Here is some rough translation of the part which is the most descriptful of the character

She was catching the moonlight
She was ever-changing
She brought me the hundreds of woes
That heartless chimera

I love this song too, and every time I was wondering how could a guy fall in love with the gargoyles, who are shown in every picture of Notre Dame?) Then it became clear, that maybe that was something another)) The girl is gorgeous)

Speaking as a Parisian, you've got the rooftops and skyline right. It's nice to see attention to authentic detail.

The picture itself, of course, is stunning - in keeping with your usual amazing skill. The atmospheric night sky, the eeriness of the gargoyles (which, again, is faithful to authentic detail while capturing the impression of them beautifully), and, of course, that extra, live gargoyle-like being, who -somehow- seems to be both flesh and stone. Wonderful picture!
