; u; I loved this Play since I was a child and now you've made it ten times more awesome! Even when I was little I thought Rum Tug Tugger and Misto were together. (Honesty I couldn't tell male from female when I was that young a lot of the female cats had little to no chest)
OMG! ^_^ I love this one, I've been looking through your CATS Gallery and loving the whole thing purrrrr MEOW! The coloring and shading is beautiful I can only imagine the amount of time it took to do each and every piece of art. Absolutely AMAZING!
In addition to what the others have said, it's slash. It doesn 't have to be logical. In fact, romance in general frequently fails to follow rules of logic... Look at Thalico from Percy Jackson, Thalia's an eternal maiden and nico 's gay and it's still a popular ship. EUghh. This makes much more sense.
It is more commonly believed that Victoria and Mistoffelees are siblings. Sorry. The idea of them being gay is because they act gay, and have quite a bit of evidence to back up the claim, but in the end its all based on the artists opinion.
Misto is actually called Mr. Mistoffolees! So Its a DUDE! They are not gay! Rum Tum Tugger is with Bombalurina and Mr. Mistofolees is with Victoria. I have seen this musical for years and I know pretty much EVERYTHING about it. So if you have any questions you can ask me.
Um . . . not really. While there are no confirmed partnerships in CATS, Wikipedia describes Misto and Tugger as having a "love/hate relationship". In some productions of the show, these two get quite up close and personal with each other, and in a few productions, they even kiss! And let's not forget that the actors themselves are commonly gay as well, such as John Partridge and Jacob Brent of the 1998 video production. And if you really knew everything, you'd be more likely to know that his name is spelled Mistoffelees, not Mistofolees. Not to sound rude, but it looks like you've still got a fair amount more to learn.
the musical was based off of T.S. Eliot's Old Possum's Book of Practical Cats, which I have read many times (but that is neither here nor there) so my question for you is, have you actually taken to account the characters themselves are suppose to be actual cats and not humans? And if you have ever owned cats, they could care less what gender their housemates are, they do whatever they want together.
thats kinda funny cuz the last time i checked is mistos name is spelled mr. mistoffelees not mistoffolees and that is rude its just a picture and i bet ive seen the musical longer then you so dont test me and have a good day . and in the future dont be so rude thanks

Uh...That was kind of rude. It's just a cute idea for a pairing. It's a simple opinion. No one ever really confirmed any relationship in the show, so it's okay for the fans to go wild with their ideas. I don't think you should go and say that someone can't have their opinion, when you stated your right there. While you may dislike this pairing, I'm sure there are others who dislike yours. That was very rude indeed.
Absolutely love this--the way that Tugger's holding him, the texture, how sweet it is--just. Everything. Literally. By no means am I an art/visual person, but there is so much here to appreciate. This is definitely a favorite. GREAT job. <3
